New Client Roadmap
Being a planning focused firm, we happen to have a clear, no stress process for new clients.
Intro Call with Brian – The first step in our process is a 30 minute call to discuss what has your attention today and to share a little about our process as well. This is where you decide if you would like to continue on our no-stress process to a no-cost, no-obligation Discovery meeting.
Discovery Meeting – You are provided a simple checklist of what information would be beneficial before this meeting. We clarify where you are today and explore what has your attention and what retirement means to you.
Observations Meeting – We review the one page summary of what is truly important to you and some observations about where you are at and where you want to go. This document provides the full picture of how we will work together if that is what you decide to do. You are encouraged to take the summary with you and decide after this meeting if you want to move forward.
What happens once you decide to work with us?
Brief Call with Brian – This is a brief call to gather the missing data needed to prepare for our Onboarding Paperwork Meeting.
Onboarding Paperwork Meeting – We review and complete all of the steps in order to open your accounts, transfer your assets, and discuss what to expect going forward.
Next Steps Meeting – We review your initial planning action items and accounts as well as our investment philosophy.
Begin Ongoing Service Process – You enter our regular service and review process where we meet in the Spring and Fall as well as on an as-needed basis.
