Jolene Geary, Client Service Associate at Iron Mountain Financial Services

In the Office

At Iron Mountain Financial Planning, I help make sure the details behind your financial plan keep moving.

From paperwork and service requests to the many day-to-day details that come with managing your financial life, I’m here to help keep things organized, responsive, and on track.

Client service has always been important to me. I believe a good client experience isn’t just about getting things done—it’s about making sure you know what’s happening, getting answers when you need them, and knowing someone is paying attention to the details.

My goal is simple: better service and a smoother experience for every Iron Mountain client.

I joined Iron Mountain Financial Planning in 2026 as the firm continued to grow. With a background in business, marketing, and project management, I enjoy being the person behind the scenes who helps make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Behind the Scenes

My career has always been rooted in working with people, staying organized, and bringing lots of moving pieces together. My background in business, marketing, and project management taught me to appreciate the details—and just as importantly, the people behind those details. That’s a perspective I bring to my role at Iron Mountain.

Financial planning involves a lot of moving parts, and not all of them happen in the advisor’s office. There are forms to complete, requests to coordinate, questions to answer, and details to follow up on.

I enjoy being the person who helps keep those pieces moving.

For me, great client service means more than simply checking a box. It’s about being responsive, paying attention, and helping make the process feel easier for the people we’re serving.

Life Beyond the Office

Life outside of Iron Mountain is rarely boring.

I’m a clogger, and you’ll often find me performing around the community with my troupe. We’ve even taken the stage at the Medora Musical and often travel out of state to perform.

During the summer, you may find me behind the window of our yellow SnoDak Shaved Ice trailer, working alongside my right-hand gal, my daughter Ava.

And during the school year, I’m proudly that “loud mom” in the stands—cheering on my daughter, nieces, and nephews at their sporting events.

Montana Roots, Black Hills Adventures

I grew up on a farm and ranch in the great state of Montana, where you’ll still occasionally find me behind the wheel of a combine during harvest.

After college, I was ready to experience the “big city” life, so I moved to Rapid City. It didn’t take long to realize there were plenty of adventures waiting for me in the Black Hills. I’ve been here ever since. Over the years, I’ve learned that life is too short to keep putting things off.

Take the trip. Travel to see family. Make time for friends. Go do something instead of cleaning the house or doing laundry. Check something off your bucket list.

My daughter Ava and I love traveling with our clogging group, helping on the farm, supporting others in their talents, and—perhaps most importantly—saying yes to ice cream at any time of day.
